Everyones so fast to just blame the cops all the time. The cop shouldn't have done what he did, but the guy shouldn't have 1. Been walking around a construction site - its unsafe and if he gets hurt hes going to sue the developers because thats what we do in America. 2. He could have been stealing materials or planning to. 3. Riding away and acting shady is not necessary unless you're guilty. It could have all been avoided by both parties.

But at least we learned not to stop for cops, and if anything just evade them and ride away
