After second birthday party the b-day kid left the new bike in the driveway.
Parent, heading to corner store for more wine coolers, backed over the bike with SUV.
After recovering from panic attack the parent felt victimized and decided that someone should pay for the damage to the new bike and the pain and suffering the child would experience by having the b-day present ruined.
Parent went back into the house to retrieve digital camera and snaps a few shots for the insurance claim.
Then posts the pics on Bike Forums in an effort to devise a plausible story for the deposition.
