Bikes: Road bike is a Carbon Bianchi C2C & Grandis (1980's), Gary Fisher Mt Bike, Trek Tandem & Mongoose SS MTB circa 1992.

well Holmes I'll tell ya I crushed you on the bike & i was not in good shape and wore my sneakers...39mins...I had 2 great under 1 min tranistions ....But I run like a drunken fat man.....so I was slower than you...What do you run a 6 min mile?
