QBP sells Salsa Delgado rims on XT disc compatible hubs. I've been commuting on them for 5 years on 35c tires and they hold up to daily dirt road/detours/curb hopping gutter-bunny type rough treatment as well as the occasional single track work-out. I make minor adjustments to them less than once a year.
I've got wheels similar to this stock on my Salsa La Cruz. My rims are Delgado "Race," but that may be what's on here. Some folks in some settings have described weakness in the Delgado Race. I've had no trouble yet in my under 400 miles on a new bike.
I'm going to scope the Mavic wheels mentioned, tho, as I wouldn't mind getting lighter, especially if the Delgado Race rims do develop a problem.
