Man, you are just no fun....

Since it is a one bike answer, I would think hard about a Lynskey Helix custom level 2 or 3 with full DT Swiss wheels and hubs. I'm not sure which groupo, but something like Dur-ace, SRAM Red, or one of the Campy 11 offerings. Add a set of Carbon Pro Bars with a Chris King headset and I would be a happy boy.
