I have Axiom Kootenay and I use them on a rear Axiom rack. I like them. They're just about the perfect size for what I need. However, I didn't read closely enough when shopping. The next larger size Axiom includes rain covers, and I mistakenly thought these did, too. I'm sad they didn't. In fact, rain covers don't appear to be available for them.

Luckily, my commute is only about 30-40 minutes each way. I believe these panniers are water resistant enough to stay dry even during a heavy downpour for the length of my ride.

Still, I feel like I made a silly mistake.

Nonetheless, the quality of these panniers seems well worth what I thought was a pretty cheap price. I paid about $72 plus shipping for them.
