I doubt that. A small frame will have a different clearance than a big one.

Find someone else with a 50cm and make an educated comparison before you start claiming faulty product IMO.

On a kilo/stripper chain stay length is static while seat tube length varies through the sizes. Thus seat stays will have different lengths, different lengths will mean different angles from seat to track end... thus you will most likely get different clearances between sizes.
