After making my initial post I did some research and I agree. I believe it to be a chromed continental. The guy I bought it from said it was either a super letour or a continental.

The proof being the electroforged frame and the 1 piece crank. I have 2 other continentals sitting around and it looks the same. I just dont understand who would spend the money to chrome a continental.

Either way I think it'll make a slick fixie. I decided to go with the formula hubs but still debating on the rims. Black or chrome...
