More time on the bike.
More fresh air.
More (not much) money in my pocket.
About the same amount of time during rush hour.
Runs on local produce.
Cons:
Requires more planning.
Wears out the seat of my pants.
Can't carry as much.
Much slower at non-rush hour.
Emits methane.
