Hello all, Ive been gone a long time. I found out i was diabetic, heart issues and possible cancer, so that took me out for a bit. I miss my bike and im clear to ride..im cancer free btw and now im ready for a new bike. I have my old reliable trek mtb i bought in 04, but i think im going roadie soon. So look for me back on the boards..many probaly dont remember me i was more of a lurker. BTW im down from 360 to 313 just since june of this year. My goal is to be into the 2s by christmas
