I picked up the Windsor not too long ago. I'd been a MTB guy for like 6 yrs before I moved from CT to Philly. I picked up that beat Schwinn and rebuilt it as a commuter when I got here, and just recently bought the Windsor. I'm new to fixed, but I really like the bike and the ride. The frame is the central element to the bargain price of the bike. So far, I've only opted for a set of horns, steal toe clips, and MKS chain tugs. I had to *chisel* away the paint on the inside of the dropouts to fit them, and with the bike being under a month old, I felt horrible about it. A new stem is on the way, and I'm planning to swap the crank and pedals soon. I'm really happy with it though. The yellow is sick, it's real vibrant.
