45 mm is a nonstandard (outboard by ~ 3mm) WITH a 103mm JIS tapered bb (which is the shortest that is available), with the chainring on the outside. If you need to move the chainline inboard, which you will have to do for most fixed gear wheelsets, you're basicaly down to a longer bb and running the chainring on the inside.
There's nothing going for this crankset at all but it seems to be extremely popular. Makes no sense. This is why I dislike it. Anyways that's besides the point. Already given you two options from this thread alone. One does not require tossing your current bb (possibly).
