I have juicy 3's every time apply the brakes, they screech and howl. Ive tried wiping them off with rubbing alcohol and that helped them stop better but didnt get rid of the screeching. they eventually quit after i apply the brakes hard from 12+ mph 8 or 9 times. is because they are cold? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
