hey i was putting together my bike and noticed something.
the rear wheel was installed with the washers on the INSIDE of the frame instead of the outside. is that normal?? should i take off my rear wheel and redo it so that the washer is outside of the frame?
the only thing on the outside of the frame was the nut.

also, can anyone tell me the order of what goes on to install the brakes onto the front wheel??
example: washer inside or outside the fork??
