Just a word of caution to anyone looking at bikes of this vintage with STI shifters, make sure they still work and work well (defined 'positive' clicks) because if/when they go, expect to pay $250+ for a new set.

I mention this as over half the RSX shifters I see in the shop are kinda dodgy feeling, if they even still function at all. I think it is fair to peg avg STI shelf life at about a decade.
