It's not so much that the light is "natural" but outside (even if it's cloudy) there is way MORE light than inside will all the lights on. That causes your camera to leave the shutter open longer to get the same amount for your picture. That can make your picture blurry since the camera has a longer chance to move while the picture is being taken.
Your camera ALSO might compensate by turning up something called the ISO. This will make the picture grainy.
If you want to know what cameras will be better at dealing with low-light go to a camera-specific store and they should give you good advice. (they might also be on commission though so be aware of any possible car-salesmen types)

Well, I'm going to try to get some outdoors photos of it with a better camera. I just put on a new rear cog from Milkwaukee Bicycle Co. and it's probably the nicest part of my bike, even if you can't see it.
Anyone else use there cogs before? They seem nice.
