Man, I absolutely HATE thieves like this. Not only do the steal the cheapest x-mart bikes so people go out and get a new one, causing even more pollution, and they treat the bikes all the same, because the better three quarters of them have no clue in what the prices on bikes are. I wish them, the trashpickers, and metal salvage guys get some legislation passed against them, because all they do is damage the economy and our lives. They make C&V finds so much harder near cities where higher end C&V's are seen, while a trip to a farm town can yield you middle range, good condition bikes.
