So I posted the 'recumbent stationary thread' yesterday... so tell me................
what are the good indoor trainers?
I was thinking about some of the advice I had gotten and I could wait until I was not sore after surgery and probably get it set up and actually ride my bike on a trainer... and be money ahead in the spring...
I have looked at some but am clueless...
