That looks like a re-badged Hasa bike from Taiwan http://www.hasabike.com.tw/m.htm. It reminds me a little of the Xootr Swift, it has that means-business look to it.

There has not been any reviews except maybe a comment from a chap in Singapore or Taiwan somewhere that they are popular for modding into hi spec light folders. It certainly looks like a nice bike. The forward-angled stempost is a plus, no cramped cockpit here. The components other than frame parts look fairly standard so it should be easy to do upgrades.
