Today's ride, 30-33 F, no wind, completely overcast, a few minutes of light snow.

longsleeve underarmor, longsleeve Descente baselayer with wind front, long sleeve jersey, sugoi hyperlite wind/rain jacket, pearl thermafleece tights, amphib gloves, smartwool socks, neoprene shoe covers, fleece skull cap.

Everything was warm enough except hands & feet, so stopped at a hardware store and bought chemical handwarmers to put in shoes and gloves.

edit - similar weather/location for me as RideCO and DataJunkie - although I think RideCO must be at higher elevation. You can see clothing choice varies by person - if i was wearing what DataJunkie wore I would have frozen, but he was too warm.
