I've checked

the only 70's panasonic is a "T-3000" which I can't find any record of existing other than a yahoo post saying it was hand made...or it might actually be a DX-3000...either way, it is a much higher end model and may have no size correlation (unless in the 70's they used the same seat tubes across the board)
