Looks like a nice frame, and good price, if it suites your needs. Looks like that frame uses Thorn OS tubes. Thorn is butted .9/.6 which is the same as SL of old only SL used STD diameter tubes and Thorn is OS. OS tubes with the same thickness of STD tubes will make for a very firm ride. For comparison purposes, ELOS tubing used OS tubes with .7/.4 butts. Thorn is great for a touring rig, or for a heavyweight rider, but for a person of more normal proportions the frame will be a very firm ride.
