Um... switching the powertap from bike to bike is as easy as changing a wheel.

Quarq is very easy to switch too. Takes a solid 90 seconds with the SRAM version to move it from one bike to the other.

SRM I can't really speak intelligently about, but IIRC it's easy to move bike to bike as well.
