I like red bar tape too...BUT you could get cleanable white tape. Something like Fizik bar tape, it takes 5 minutes to wipe clean. I also think the Fizik tape looks very pimped in it's own perforated way.

+1 on Fizik tape -- my new bar tape of choice. Beats the hell out of plactic foam faux cork tape (never understood what purpose the little pieces of cork serve).
