I recently acquired a sweet "Jetter" lugged frame with 26 X 1 3/8 wheels, aka 590mm, and spaced for a Shimano 3 speed hub. While I don't know what type tubing it is made from, it is significantly lighter then a Raleigh Sports frameset. It's a beautiful royal blue with gold lug lining (paint condition about a 7-8). It's too small for me at about 52-53cm. If you are interested, PM me.
