No....stopping or increased intensity doesn't seem to cause my ski goggles to fog. I wonder if it's because the climate here is extremely dry (just guessing). Or maybe it's because my goggles are well ventilated? I dunno. Skiers wear these all day in cold weather and they seem OK.

But if the little fan thing works for you that's great. I'm just pointing out an alternative.
