I just found out the Moulton that was shown in London with the prototype of the hub had gears of about 50" and 70". The bike has 20" wheels and in the photo it's clear that the ratio of the belted cogs is closer to 2.5:1 than 3.5:1. So therefore it's an overdrive. Good for small wheels.

If the demand is high enough there could be two versions, overdrive for small wheel bikes and underdrive for big wheels.
