The Surly LHT is a special bike. Although I do have an Orbea Onix and a Trek 5500, which are wonderful bikes and beyond my ability to ride, the Surly LHT is a great bike.
We do have a 5 day tour ride starting on October 30 that you should consider. It is a self supported ride, which is the reason the LHT was built. Send a note if you are interested.
