^ Just so my comments are clear, I think this is a very unfortunate tragedy. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
There is a lesson to be learned here on avoiding future incidents, and there certainly is no basis, at least at this point to throw stones at the truck driver.
None of which diminishes the tragedy.
