OMG, is that Fuji a Special Road Racer?! I've had the same model since 1977-- though all that's left of the original now is the frame and top of the headset. And yeah, Sun CR 18s with Contis are the [only] way to go. Also you'd have a hard time converting that bike to 700C because of the long reach from the brake mounts.
