7 years ago I had a heart attack at age 44. I knew that I would not be able to keep up with a regular exercise regimen unless it were worked into my daily routine. By getting rid of the car, and using a bike to get to/from work, I dropped 40lbs of excess weight, I get daily aerobic exercise and my blood pressure is much more under control.
