Sigh

So, the revered CAAD frame design: elegant, popular, beautiful, fast, strong, light, American.
There's always your craft builders and still some production steel and carbon frames in the U.S.

BUT

Does anyone know of any builders who still do Aluminum frames in this country?
Trek is all carbon or steel in Wisconsin.
Waterford/Gunnar, Seven, Litespeed, Serotta, Moots, and the like are all steel, Ti, or Carbon.

Is this the END of Aluminum frame building in this country?

This may very well be tragic.

Goodbye my good old friend, don't let the door hit your ass!
