Hello, looking to buy a bike for my wife. She is a rather short lady. We dont really plan on doing much off trail riding. Just cruising the paved trials around DC. I have a Haro Mountainbike. My knowledge in this field is rather limited. Went to a bike shop today. At first he recomended a Hybrid bike, but when i mentioned that she "tried" on a bike a few months back and felt most comfortable on a 13" frame he said that ruled hybrids out as they dont come in frames that small and she would ahve to goto a mountain bike. I was hoping to max out at $500. Any recommendations would be great. Just want a bike that is sturdy and that is going to last, preferably with front shocks and a comfy seat. What size tires would you recommend? Thanks. Scott
