Computrainer...

I was reading on our race teams website and found what they are calling the computrainer challenge. It is a 17.5 mile tt with 16 hills, basically you are either climbing or decending. The average MPH is about 22 MPH, the hills are about 3 - 4 percent I estimate. I have done several time trials like that but nothing on a computrainer. I hear that the resistance is very very close to real life, if that is right than 22 MPH average is within reach. Can anyone comment on the computrainer in these respects?
