The felony charge would (possibly) be dropped, but only if you copped to the misdemeanor intimidation charge, and you'd still have a record of being charged with a sex crime on your record.
I don't know for sure but I'm guessing he was exaggerating for humorous effect and wouldn't really say that. Right?
