My fingers and hands tend to get very cold before anything else does. I'm talking full on numbness at anything below 60 degrees.

Because of this I am in search of some great winter gloves. I've tried 5 or 6 different pairs from the LBS, but even the best pair I tried was mediocre and my fingers still got numb.

What are the best cold weather cycling gloves that money can buy?

I'd prefer to not lose all dexterity if possible.
