Rotor Rings will not work with triples, unless you buy the inner Q-ring to go with it.

I've set a bunch of these up, and the best way is go compact double. With RotorRings, unless you are really out of shape or have some issue that requires you don't ever push hard on the pedals, you will not miss the triple.

But forget trying to make it work as you have it now. The problem is that the shape of the front derailleur cage expects the chain be at a certain height relative to the inner cage, not moving up and down.
