Just wanted to let yall know I'll be biking 60-70 miles of this route between Washington, DC and Harpers Ferry, WV with my old roomie this weekend. (both ways, so 120 total). Notable stops include Georgetown, DC, Great Falls, and Maryland Heights. This is my first overnight "tour", so I am quite excited. Taking along a tent and some basic equipment; planning to just buy food along the way. Anyways, leaving this thread open for helpful suggestions, or just an encouraging word or two . Oh yeah, and anyone here done this trip before??
