normally its not to cool here in va beach, but a little rain and a strong north wind and you'ld swear you could get frost-bite here in Jan.

Damp feet and wind whistling through the shoes- or even past them and chilling the surface and feet will get cold. Same with the hands- the ears and the nose.
I do ride in the winter and the sealskinz work- so do the foot covers- the ski mask and the 4 layers under neath the windproof outer cover. I feel like the "Michelin" man at times and it does take a bit off the speed but at least I can get out riding. Don't have a major problem with the legs though so Knickers are used till it rains. Then I put on the bib tights over the top to stop the stinging of rain.
