I'm embarrassed to be posting this, but here goes. I'm trying to install a pair of new Keo Sprints on my road bike. They seem to have the same size threads as my other pedals, but for the life of me I can't get them to go on my crankset (FSA mega exo). I know the left is reverse threaded and that they install with an Allen key, but they just don't want to screw into the cranks. I thought maybe I had started threading the left pedal in the wrong way and maybe damaged the threads on the pedals or the cranks, but other pedals go in to the cranks easily and I tried the drive side pedal being very careful to go the right way and to not force it at all, but that pedal doesn't want to install either.
Am I missing something really obvious here? Has anyone had similar issues? I never thought I'd be posting about how to install a pedal.
