Cytomax for Everyday Hydration?
I love to use cytomax before/during/after rides, but my question is: Does anyone use cytomax for everyday hydration in supplement to or instead of drinking water?
I am a college student and I carry a 24 ounce water bottle everywhere. Over the course of the 5 hours I am at school, I drink the whole thing, sometimes more. I am wondering if adding a bit of my cytomax powder to my water bottle every morning might keep me better hydrated/give me more energy etc.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know! Perhaps another type of electrolyte mixture?
