I'm not a nutritionist, but I don't think cytomax is necessarily the type of supplement you'd want to incorporate in to your everyday routine. It's mostly carbs, which are great for producing quick(er) energy, it's not as good as an all day sustainment.
Also, consider your caloric intake, if you aren't needing the calories you are going to put it on as weight gain.
Have a good well-rounded breakfast and drink water. That will be the best mentally, and physically.
