What I'm not seeing is anything except size XL on the Schwinn. Unless you're a tall dude, it might not be an option.

Free shipping on the Mercier, but you can get 10% off Performance with a coupon, so pretty much a toss up. The free pedals from BD will probably be worth about that. Components seem about equal. Mercier looks to be more tri oriented, the Schwinn more relaxed. To me, this is the big difference.

All in all, I'd lean toward the Mercier, but I can't offer up a compelling reason for picking one over the other based solely on price or components.
