bah, use an old school clamp on cable stop. Your RD already has a barrel adj. so you don't need one there. Use an inline barrel adjuster for the front. Personally, I wouldn't use a barrel adjuster at all, I'd just set the cable tension just right on the FD (third hand tool helps). It's cleaner, it's lighter.
