I have want to do a project like this for a while and i want to spend a minimum amount of money some where under $20 to $30 i got some ideal from website like

and i was even thinking of buying a baby/kids trailer and modify it but i can that ideal " cost wises " and i do have a small shop/my room and i do have some left over 3/4 pvc pipe and fitting so let me know
