Ah, got it, crimsonsnake0. Thanks! Those are apparently made in the UK, so shipping costs to UK locations is low. But for us poor shlubs in the colonies, it becomes pretty high.
1000watt, I tried an electric bike yesterday that had a pedal-assist sensor. I did what the salesman told me: Set the throttle to zero (no power at all), and start pedaling. When I got up to maybe 3-4mph, the motor came on (even though the throttle was at zero) and started pushing the bike. I was surprised and stopped pedaling, and the motor stopped pushing a few seconds later. I don't know if it would have kept pushing if I had kept pedaling.
Tried it several times (indoors, couldn't go very fast), and never did get to like it. I finally decided I would not use that on any bike of mine. I want the motor to push the bike WHEN I TELL IT to push the bike, and not at other times. YMMV.
