Got the front wheel buried to the QR in a bridge expansion joint. Luckily I was only moving at about 2 MPH, but still... sudden stop followed by endo and me flying off the bike, of course.

I did have to true the wheel a little. And while I was at it, I tore the hub down and repacked the bearings (Shimano hub that uses loose balls and cones.
gotta tell us which bridge, I hate those metal grate bridges with openings just big enough for a tire to fall in.
I thought I had a bad day when a train was blocking my way home and had to take a detour. I got it good compared to that.
