Are you talking about this Planet-X? They are popular in the UK (where they are based) as a good value alternative to the big brands and they are friendly to deal with - they are actual cyclists themselves. If you post this question on a UK forum like Bikeradar.com or cyclechat.co.uk you'll get a lot more replies.

Where are you seeing them for sale with Record? I'm only aware of PX offering Shimano and SRAM.
