Habanero cycles is based in FL, but if I recall correctly they use foreign tubing and maybe weld them here.
Yes Habanero is in FL but the bikes are made in China. I just ordered one. Custom Ti for $1295, less than half the cost of a US-made custom Ti frame.

If I had money to burn, I would go with Kellogg/Spectrum.
