I usually wear 32 or 33 inseam jeans as well. However, I rarely pull them up as high as I could, if I did that I would probably need them a tad longer. As I said the 62 fits great and I have good clearance when standing over the frame. In terms of sizing an IRO look at the c-c measurement on their frame geometry page. The 62 is 58 c-c. It is labeled a 62 because the seat tube extends past the top tube. The 59 is 55 c-c. So if you usually ride a 57 or a 58 (common for six foot people) get the 62. If you ride a 54 or 55 get the 59. I rode both and much prefer the 62.
